SLIDE JOB RACING ended up with a great night at Hollywood Hills after a rocky start during the Heat Races, with Ken Caskey in the #00 and our good friend Ronnie Smith in the #10.  With a broken chain in the #10 and a wrecked race car in the #00 it was looking pretty doubtful, but thanks to the Pit Crew we were able to make all repairs and both start the Main Event.  It was a gret night with Caskey in the #00 taking home the win and Smith in the #10 bringing home second.

The Mini-Sprints had the car count back up a little after last weeks 12 they had 15 cars on hand to put on some very exciting racing as usual.

Great racing with the Mini-Sprints. Unfortunately Heat One saw the #00 Ken Caskey and #22X come together hard in turn 1 as Caskey overtook Gay for the lead. Then #95 of Aaron Wheeler took a very close win over the #16 of Randy Smith with the #72 of Mike Brewer driving the Bruce Hosea car taking the 3rd position. Heat Two saw young DJ Snyder jump out and take and early lead with Jordan Mattson working too hard to catch up. In the end Snyder took the checker and Mattson and Higginbotham rounding out the top three spots. 

This was definitely exciting with some great race action.  The Main Event had 14 starters; Phoenix Arizona driver Ken Caskey and Jordan Mattson started in the last row. Caskey jumped out to the lead in just a lap or two and was able to pull away for a very comfortable win. Chasing Caskey to the stripe was the #10 team car of Caskey being driven by Los Lunas Driver Ronnie Smith. Caskey and Smith were followed by the #17 of Snyder, #19X Mattson and #16 Randy Smith.
